Dry / Damaged hair
Hair dryness can happen to both natural and damaged hair. Natural hair reflects the lack of sebum in the fiber and just like damaged hair, natural dry hair is neither shiny nor silky, which means that the surface of the hair is damaged.
The hair becomes dry, lacking in shine, lacking in softness, has lost its outer surface lipids. The cuticle scales are lifted and removed. The intracellular cement of the cuticle is lost, the hair becomes dull, rough, difficult to detangle and split ends appear.
