We create training and support materials, which ensure that beauty professionals have the know-how to always get the best results when working with EVAN Care products.

We work on competences, technical knowledge, interpersonal skills and ethical principles.
EVAN Care Academy consists of certifying that the EVAN Care requirements and specifications are met by the Distributor and their Specialized Technicians (Educators) for beauty professionals. This certification provides a solid base of theoretical and practical knowledge through the assessment of continuous modules over the years and offers Distributors and their teams, the opportunity to develop their knowledge of the Brand, as well as other management practices necessary for success.
EVAN Care Pro consists of the training of beauty professionals by EVAN Care Academy certified Educators. This process trains beauty professionals as EVAN Care Specialists, promoting the standard and effective use of EVAN Care lines and/or products, as well as a standard of excellence in customer service and a focus on business growth.
EVAN Care Training consists of events (in person or online) with the aim of publicizing, deepening or updating knowledge of a particular line and/or product, exchanging experiences and developing practical skills in a collaborative and participatory environment, accessible to all professionals in the EVAN Care distribution network.
